CONVICT ESCAPADES was a new collaborative work between writer Jessica Bellamy and director Danielle alongside Sydney Living Museums. Jessica and Danielle brought the history of the Hyde Park Barracks alive with real stories of Australia's convict past. A cast of adult and young performers lurked around the barracks telling children visitors and their families about Sydney's sordid and colourful history.
